Analytical workflows
Your site’s calculations, built once and run by anyone.
Turn the calculations your team repeats into verified workflows: defined once (inputs, equations, checks), run the same way every time, and logged on every run. One defensible method replaces three slightly different spreadsheets.

How it works
From a method in someone’s head to a tool the whole site trusts
Describe the method
The inputs, the steps, the checks and what the result should tell you, in your own words.
Built with you
DeXMI drafts the workflow from its mining knowledge, your standards or your instructions; you refine it together.
Verified by name
A reviewer attests to the exact version. A new version goes back to unverified.
Run and interpret
Anyone in the company runs the published version, with the working shown and the result explained.
What you get
Capability you keep, whoever leaves
Private until shared
A new workflow belongs to its author until it is promoted to the company.
Versioned
People keep running the published version while you work on the next.
Every run audit-logged
Inputs, workflow version, outputs and who ran it, kept for review.
Used when a question calls for it
When a question matches a published workflow, DeXMI proposes running it instead of improvising; a person checks the inputs and runs it.
Help with the reading
Results charted and explained in plain language.
Controlled editing
Only its author edits a workflow; your admins can switch it off.
Questions
Workflow questions
What is a workflow in DeXMI?
A method your team relies on (a calculation, a check or an analysis) captured once as a reusable, verified tool anyone in the company can run.
Does a person approve each run?
When DeXMI proposes a run, the risk owner accepts or denies its inputs before it runs, and accepted runs are logged.
What happens when a workflow changes?
Each change is a new version. Publishing it returns the workflow to unverified until a reviewer checks it again.
