DeXMI Data Core

Operational mining data, ready for AI and people.

One platform for the data your operation runs on: instruments such as tell-tales and extensometers, and ground support observations. Captured once, calculated the same way every time, and instrument readings checked against your trigger action response plans, so engineers and AI work from the same trusted numbers.

Longwall stations

Every station on the longwall, in chainage order.

For each longwall: every station’s latest reading and rate, the distance to the face from the reading it came from, whether readings are on schedule, and the TARP band. The table exports to CSV for the production meeting.

Rebuilt from the app with fictional demo data.

TARPs

Your TARP, as a matrix the system can evaluate.

Each trigger is checked against the readings, and each action can name its control owner. Each check shows which trigger was met, on which reading, and why.

Live product (beta), test workspace with demo bands.

How it works

From the field to a checked number, without retyping

  1. Model your operation

Your own site hierarchy, and every instrument registered against it with its algorithm and reading frequency.

  2. Capture and import

Readings by shift and imports, or photos of paper field sheets that become drafts for a person to review.

  3. Calculated consistently

Server-side, with each instrument’s own method, so history and new data always agree.

  4. Evaluated against your TARPs

Thresholds, rates and sustained trends, with the measurement behind every verdict.

What you get

Built for how mining data is actually used

  • One register

Every instrument in one place, with its status through its whole life.

  • TARPs the system can evaluate

Draft, revise and activate plans linked to their source document; every verdict shows its evidence.

  • Designed for AI

Scoped, revocable tools let AI read your data and propose changes. It never writes on its own; a person approves.

  • Designed for people

Tables, charts and mine plans your engineers read at a glance; tables and charts export for the meeting.

  • Bring your history

Years of spreadsheets imported with a dry run before anything is written.

  • Built for audit

Each company’s data kept separate, every change logged, hosted on AWS in Sydney.

Questions

Data Core questions

What data does Data Core hold?

Operational monitoring data: geotechnical instruments (tell-tales, extensometers, convergence instruments) and ground support observations, organised against your own site hierarchy.

Can AI change our data?

No. AI can only propose changes; a person with the right role accepts or rejects each one, and the audit log records who did.

Do we need DeXMI to use Data Core?

No. Data Core is licensed on its own or together with DeXMI, which can then use your data when it answers.
